Hi all,
With the new all singing, all dancing version of VBulletin 3.7.0, we now have new user profiles, which include -
New layout - for easier profile surfing...
Social Groups - you can create your own social groups through the forum - for example - on my profle I've created a group for South Africans in Melbourne as a test. Anybody can create a group and it's a good way to keep in touch with friends or folks with similar interests.
Your own photo album - you can now upload your own photos to share with everybody (or make them private from public view)
Comments section - visitors and friends can leave comments on your profile... (and you can delete the incriminating ones)
Friends - you can keep in touch with friends on the forum.
Recent visitors - shows you who's visited your profle...
I'm busy looking at how to enable the profile customising feature, so that you can play around with the layout and look of your profile.
Have a look at my profile as an example of what you can do with your profile (feel free to leave an "I woz ere") and feel free to give me a shout if you have any questions.
With all these new features, who needs facebook? :grin
